No. Each retainer provides senior technology leadership. Selective hands-on technical review may be included, but implementation work is scoped and proposed separately.
How long is the initial engagement?
All retainers begin with a three-month engagement. After that, service continues month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
Can the hours roll over?
The listed hours define the monthly leadership capacity reserved for your business. Any special arrangement should be agreed before the engagement begins.
