Entertainment Benefits Group(EBG) App is an e-commerce solutions provider and the largest corporate benefits program for travel and entertainment in the world. Additionally, they provide membership and brand solutions through a collection of web and mobile apps. The client was challenged by a growing demand for their products and services and an out-of-compliance system architecture.

Approach

The client had a system that comprised a complex web of components developed over time leading to poor maintainability, sustainability, and reliability. Our first step was to complete a system-wide scan for performance and compliance issues. We used this to create a map of existing architecture and business processes. This allowed us to show proposed changes in a visual way easily understood by developers and the product team. After, implementing the compliance and performance issues we moved our attention to integrating their system with Ingresso(UK-based ticketing/queuing).
